The position

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, while being customer obsessed. You will have the opportunity to have a huge impact on our success by building and improving our operational processes. This is a unique opportunity to discover operations in a fast paced environment, and build the future of payment in the restaurant industry. 

Job tasks:

  • Build relationship with restaurant partners to turn them from customers to ambassadors
  • Solve complexe operational problems by breaking them into relevant steps to develop and optimize processes
  • Demonstrate strong executional and implementation skills to ensure new restaurant partner have a perfect usage of our product
  • Be the voice of our customers internally: Interact with the product team to ensure we are building the best product for our restaurant partners

Who we look for:

  • You have a degree from Top Business School / Engineering School / Hospitality School
  • You’re are comfortable with change and always want to learn new skills
  • You’re customer focus: you can turn prospect into customers and customers into ambassadors
  • You’re hands-on: we have everything to build, you’ll have to imagine solutions and turn them into reality
  • You’re a team player
  • Ideally, you have already worked in a restaurant or in the hospitality industry
