We’re looking for a passionate and positive human being to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist.


  • Acting as the main point of contact for our customers
  • Providing high-quality customer service by responding to email and telephone inquiries, requests, and problems
  • Creating support cases with technically accurate problem description
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner
  • Aligning customer expectations with Shoplo’s solutions, as well as educate the customer about what it is we can help them with.


  • Have a great passion for working directly with customers
  • Love solving customer issues and finding proactive solutions 
  • Have excellent Polish communication skills and feel comfortable with speaking English
  • Can put yourself in another person’s shoes, and understand what information a user needs at that moment
