Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our products. We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive for results, measuring and monitoring progress towards their goals along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, for our suite of products.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with design, engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive product development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities while maintaining a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
  • Monitor key product metrics, user engagement, and feedback loops to measure product performance and iterate on features to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Recommended Experience

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the fintech industry, with a focus on B2B2C products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong UX and design instincts, with the ability to translate user needs into visually appealing product experiences.

The base salary for this role is likely to fall between $140,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience, and will include equity and a full range of benefits.
