At Sumitovant You Will:

  • Administer and manage all employee health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, dependent and health care FSA, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and other ancillary programs
  • Assist in the evaluation of existing programs and recommend program improvements and enhancements
  • Develop employee benefits communications and promote company benefits programs to employees
  • Resolve employee benefits inquiries and issues
  • Lead annual open enrollment process from renewals to employee education
  • Manage relationships with outside brokers and vendors
  • Stay current on benefits regulatory landscape to ensure proactive compliance and communication
  • Make recommendations for benefits and HR operations process improvement
  • Partner with HRBPs on leaves, employee accommodations and wellbeing programs
  • Manage leaves of absence in compliance with all local and federal laws
  • Maintain and update process documentation for all benefits activities
  • Partner with payroll and compensation to build first-class HR operations team positioned to provide subsidiary companies with advisory and operational support
  • Build relationships across the Sumitovant and our family of companies to become a trusted subject matter expert and advisor
  • Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS and overall data quality relating to HR Operations
  • Provide payroll processing support, including backup payroll coverage


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, design, and strategy
  • Previous payroll experience
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now required; familiarity with ADP carrier connections is a plus
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree
