Suki is creating a new category in the health-tech space: the AI assistant. Our product will be the voice user interface for healthcare. What does that mean? Currently, doctors use electronic health record systems to take notes on patient encounters. This is a digital version of the paper charts that you may have seen in your doctor’s office or on TV. These systems can be hard to navigate and time-consuming to manage. Doctors would rather spend that time with patients. We are creating the solution. Doctors that use Suki already spend over 70% less time on administrative tasks, and we’re striving to do even better. Come and join us!

What will you do every day?

You will be a key leader on the Marketing team and will be required to be in the Redwood City office 3-5 days per week.  You’ll wear many hats and help set marketing strategy and execute initiatives that will generate awareness and demand for Suki’s solutions.  Some of the major functions you’ll lead are product marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing - you’ll be responsible for partnering with our Product/Tech teams to understand our roadmap, and translate that into compelling messaging, programs, and collateral.  You’ll build and execute our content strategy, to establish Suki as a thought leader and to evangelize our impact.  You’ll head up digital marketing and own our web, email, and social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing.  Establish positioning, messaging, collateral, and campaigns to promote new features and functionality.
  • Build and execute our content marketing strategy to create thought leadership pieces and stories/content that can be used for PR and demand generation.  Analyze user and company data to uncover compelling insights that can be used to create content and stories.
  • Lead our digital experience.  Ensure our website is compelling, on-brand, and ranked for priority keywords.  Develop and execute nurture strategies to engage our database of existing leads.
  • Track key metrics for owned initiatives and recommend strategy adjustments based on learnings.
  • Create marketing strategy and materials for new product lines and features. 
  • Identify opportunities across Marketing and the entire company that can be improved and come up with a plan to do so.

Qualifications*

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a background in healthcare and B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to be strategic and execution focused.  You can look at the big picture and determine the key ways we can make an impact while also building and executing detailed plans to make it happen.  We’re a small team and every member needs to drive their projects.
  • Data and analytics oriented.  You’re comfortable calculating ROI and LTV and making decisions based on data.
  • Experience in PR and/or content writing is preferred.
  • Collaborative with no ego.  We’re a small, tight-knit team that works closely to get Suki to the next level.  We want team members who are excited to join us in our mission and who want to get their hands dirty to make it happen.

* Qualifications is such a strong word. We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything we’ve listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $165 - $190k in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data. #LI-Hybrid
