Managing the queues and splitting the tickets between all on duty operators
Directly act upon severity 1 calls
Create and maintain knowledge items
Is available after office hours for technical assisting juniors and intermediates on escalations or high priority calls.

5+ years of experience in a servicedesk role
Experience with correctly managing (prioritizing/delegating/etc.) a ticket queue
A proactive attitude towards the business
The ability to spot issues and correct them beforethey escalate
Experience with troubleshooing under high work pressure
Experience handling VIP requests / issues
Strong time management and prioritization skills when faced with multiple projects
