Subskribe is a fast-moving, fast-growing company. We are currently onboarding many customers to our enterprise Quote to Revenue offering and we are looking for top talent to join us on our journey. 

In this critical role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and directly interface with Subskribe customers in order to understand their needs, analyze their existing product catalog, historical order details, and work with them to import that data in Subskribe. Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheets is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers in a post-sales environment

  • Deeply understand the details of customer product catalogs, order history, and other types of data

  • Work with engineering and others to transform that data into a format that can be imported in Subskribe

  • Work with customers, internal solution architects and product managers to find any gap with customer requirement.
  • Work work customers to fill in gaps and inaccuracies in their data

 

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience with SaaS software implementation 

  • Ideally experience dealing with financial data

  • Experience working with spreadsheets or SQL

  • Great communication skills, including with end customers

  • Ability to define requirements with the engineering team

  • Ability to work with data import tools, both command line and web interface, API

  • Experienced in SaaS software administration and implementation

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
