About the Role 

Stylitics is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and will focus on the North American market and extend Stylitics’ Industry Pioneering solution to our target audience. As an SDR, you will be focused on interacting with prospective customers of all levels, promoting Stylitics’ products and services as well as strategizing with Marketing and Sales.

What You Will Do

  • In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads and building new business pipeline via outbound messaging
  • Nurture and maintain active engagement with new and existing opportunities through creative communications
  • Achieve defined KPIs for opportunity targets and activities that drive towards Monthly/Quarterly KPIs as outlined by SVP Sales & GTM
  • Meticulously organize and clearly structure a Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly plan to achieve the above KPIs
  • Expertly demonstrate the Stylitics Shopper Experience to prospective customers 
  • Promote the Stylitics brand and our capabilities throughout the industry to help raise our profile and generate awareness
  • Actively collaborate with your peers in Sales and Account Growth to share reusable assets
  • Attend industry events to generate buzz and qualified leads for Stylitics

Must-Have Qualifications

  • ​Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales qualification environment or ADR/BDR/SDR experience  
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with outbound sequencing tools such as Salesloft
  • Experience with lead sourcing tools such as Cognism
  • A passion for fashion and retail with expansive knowledge of Apparel and Fashion brands
  • Ability to be independent, self-motivated, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
  • Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Strong problem solving and demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
  • Detailed and planning oriented with exceptional follow-through and initiative
  • Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $60,000.00 - $70,000.00. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
