STUDIOS Architecture is in search of an IT Generalist for our DC office.
The IT Generalist will provide daily help desk support and maintenance by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware/software solutions, and supporting the DC staff. Responsibilities also include administration and internal support of the Company’s computers, printers, servers and related equipment, end user support, performing computer maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
A minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Generalist or related is required.

Excellent customer service skills
Help Desk Ticketing systems
Mobile device support (iPads, 360 Camera etc.)
A/V Support for internal and client meetings
Track and Document any technical issues and resolutions
Technical Experience working with:
Windows Operating Systems (Client/Server)
Server 2012 - 2019 (Virtualization; AD; Group Policy, etc.)
File and Print Services
System imaging over the network (WDS)
Software deployment (automated and manual)
Remote access technologies (VPN, RDP, RDG, etc.)
VoIP Phone System
Autodesk Software (Revit)
Adobe CC Suite
Google Workspace Enterprise
Microsoft Software (Office, Windows, Hyper-V, etc.)
Remote Administration Software
Endpoint security software
