We are a VC-backed seed-stage proptech startup focused on revolutionizing the home renovation market in Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to transform how home renovations are conceptualized, executed, and delivered, providing a seamless experience for our clients. Incubated by Stryber and backed by our investor, we are preparing for launch and seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to join our project-based initiative with potential for a full-time role.

Role Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will leverage your extensive experience in residential design to influence our product offerings directly. Your deep knowledge of local market suppliers will enable you to make strategic introductions and partnerships, enhancing our service delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate needs to have deep expertise in the mid-market residential renovation space, including supplier’s product offerings, and execution teams.

Responsibilities:

Design innovative interior solutions tailored to residential projects.
Assess and integrate products and services from local suppliers to enhance our offerings.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic direction of our product lineup based on market trends and client needs.
Potential to manage and guide a design team if transitioned to full-time.

Requirements:

Over five years of experience in interior design, specifically within the residential sector in Riyadh.
Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management and network building.
Strong project management skills with a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a rapidly changing environment.
