These considerable alliances aim to nurture Vitaliv towards becoming a successful spin-off in 2024.

What would be your role?

As the COO of Vitaliv, you'll shape the venture's growth. With your expertise in managing operations and partnerships; you'll revolutionise how we deliver, install, and manufacture our cutting-edge systems, including feature roadmaps and IoT strategy. 

Your track record as a cofounder in the B2B Food & Beverage or facility management industry will be pivotal in steering our success. We need your strategic skills to manage partners, drive customer success, and ensure fast, flawless, and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities:

As COO / Co-founder, you will be at the helm of a new venture, driving operational excellence, fostering strategic partnerships, and overseeing supply-chain operations to ensure the company's growth and sustainability.

  • Being hands-on in all venture stages from inception to scaling, ensuring a strong foundation for growth.
  • Spearhead strategic vision and steer overall company direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
  • Develop and expand operational footprint for scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with our customers and address their needs proactively.
  • Build and manage budgets for sustained growth and cash flow management.
  • Establish key partnerships and networks to support operational needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships for route-to-market efficiency and market expansion.
  • Optimize operations, processes, and logistics for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Lead quality assurance policies to uphold high standards.

Must-have requirements and qualifications:

You are among the 1% of people who are true entrepreneurs at heart! You have a strong burning desire to build a company from scratch and are willing to take all the sacrifices and risks that come with a big upside.

  • Ability to build from scratch and inspiring leadership abilities.
  • Strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a talent for selling and persuading others.
  • Extensive B2B experience in the Food & Beverage or facility management industry.
  • Experience in trade asset management is a huge plus.
  • Strong financial management skills to drive sustained growth.
  • Expertise in operational management and execution, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience in forming and managing partnerships to boost operational efficiency.
  • Previous work experience in a startup or successful execution of own startup or side project.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance issues in the beverage industry and facility management space.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results.
  • Based in Switzerland, France or Germany, or willing to relocate and travel if required.
