These considerable alliances aim to nurture Vitaliv towards becoming a successful spin-off in 2024.

What would be your role?

As CEO of Vitaliv, the visionary behind our groundbreaking personalized hydration system, you'll be at the helm of the venture's rapid growth. With a track record in strategy and building teams, you'll chart our course to success.

Your expertise in managing sales, business development, and cultivating go-to-market partnerships will be pivotal as we transform workplace hydration. With fundraising skills and strategic vision, you'll position Vitaliv as the premier solution for eco-conscious, healthy drinks across Europe.

As CEO / Co-founder, you will be at the helm of a new venture, driving its growth and success. 

  • Development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy and vision.
  • Develop relations with the shareholders and potential future investors.
  • Enhance and refine Vitaliv's value proposition by leveraging insights from the market.
  • Drive acquisition of customers for Vitaliv and take ownership of building your own P&L.
  • Oversee and drive growth across key business areas like sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Build, lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Secure funding and manage financial strategy.
  • Set ambitious targets while managing cash flow.
  • Build a high-performing team from scratch.
  • Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.


Must-have requirements and qualifications:

You are among the 1% of people who are true entrepreneurs at heart! You have a strong burning desire to build a company from scratch and are willing to take all the sacrifices and risks that come with a big upside.

  • Ability to build from scratch and lead teams to greatness.
  • Inspiring leadership abilities including strategic thinking, decision-making, and a talent for selling and persuading others.
  • Demonstrated experience in spearheading growth initiatives across critical business domains like sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Extensive B2B experience in the Food & Beverage or facility management industry.
  • Proven ability to raise funds and manage financial strategies to support the company's growth trajectory.
  • Previous work experience in a startup or successful execution of own startup or side project.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results.
  • Based in Switzerland, France or Germany, or willing to relocate and travel if required.
