The Role

As Striveworks’ Talent Specialist you will work directly with the Director of People Operations to champion the candidate experience. You will be a key player in attracting and hiring top tech talent. You’ll be tasked with providing a timely, respectful, and seamless experience from application review to offer.

The Talent Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the entire pool of candidates in various stages of the interview process and for juggling multiple interviewer calendars. This requires attention to detail and strong coordination skills.  

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to strategize and execute hiring goals. In addition to providing monthly data-driven recruiting updates, you’ll maintain and publish job descriptions, manage offer letters, and coordinate travel and reimbursements for on-site interviews.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience recruiting tech talent, preferably in the AI/MLOps space
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting coordination 
  • Driven, self-directed personality with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
  • Ability to effectively communicate Striveworks’ career value, value proposition, and business goals to both recruiters and candidates 
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills


Extra Considerations

We’re very interested in candidates who possess the above qualifications, and we’re looking out for these additional qualities:

  • Previous experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a constantly changing market  
  • Passion to develop your career within People Operations/HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to pivot between priorities and projects daily 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
