What You'll Do

We are looking for a Business Analyst /NetSuite FP&A ERP Administrator with responsibility to provide support to Accounting/Finance users. Individual will help with integration, system enhancements, documentation, and automation. Role will be responsible for maintaining the application for reliable performance, performing analysis, identifying issues, and working with business to solution and drive improvements. With the company being in start-up mode, this role needs to operate in a constantly changing environment where the future will look vastly different than the present.  

The Day to Day

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and related finance systems/technologies and reporting 
  • Dynamic understanding of business process in finance domain, including but not limited to Accounting (AP/AR/Payroll, etc), Finance (Planning/Budgeting/Reporting)  
  • Detailed oriented individual with ability to rapidly learn and adjust to business needs 
  • Streamline accounting/finance processes using data and technology 
  • Enable consolidation report team to complete financial statements and management reports 
  • Coordinate with users to performing UAT – User Acceptance testing  
  • Be a SME and train end users on functionality of ERP/P&B capabilities and establish training materials, and documentation 
  • Plan, Perform, and Implement automation and process improvements across FP&A and partner with data team 
  • Coordinate upgrades and application releases and testing post upgrades 
  • Resolve issues with workflows and scripts, independently or collaboratively with third-party specialists for integration, enhancements and additional application feeds 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems 
  • 4+ years’ progressive experience in accounting/finance, inclusive of: 
    • Proven experience in creating robust reporting and actionable analytics 
    • 4+ Years working as an Administrator within the Financial capabilities 
    • 4+ years’ experience as NetSuite Administrator or equivalent ERP system implementing and supporting customization/integration to ERP platform
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Essbase, SmartView, Tableau or Power BI 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines 
  • Data Strategy and Visualization tools, and working with large data sets 
  • Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Experience in working in Matrix environment and adaptable to change 
  • Self-Starter with excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving skills and comfortable dealing with ambiguity 
  • Proven performance working in collaborative team environment and ability to work independently 
  • Netsuite Certification 
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred

Annual Salary Range: $99,000 - $124,000
