We are seeking a highly attentive and detail-oriented Event Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our event marketing strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis. As the Event Marketing Manager, your keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in ensuring that our events are executed flawlessly to drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection/contracting, vendor management, event registration, product ordering, food and beverage management, and more. 
  • Create and execute event promotion plans to drive attendance and engagement, utilizing various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Create and distribute all pre-event documents, timelines and guidelines as necessary. 
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for attendees.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators and conduct thorough post-event evaluations to compare, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, product, and design, to ensure event objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ proven experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or a similar role within in the tech industry.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting spend.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with a dedication to perfecting details.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relative experience preferred.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD on an annualized basis
