Job Description

As a Technical Scrum Master on the Strider team will ensure the success of our product and engineering roadmap. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of project and communications on all levels of the org.

 

What you will do:
 

  • Plan and implement day-to-day testing activities.
  • Coordinate with Software Developers and Product Owners within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product planning.
  • Write test scripts based on defined and approved user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with product, engineering teams in implementing and enforcing quality gates throughout the production pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement in testing process or other processes that cross all products.
  • Utilize Agile and relational database management systems. Write SQL queries for data analytics. Use business requirements to write and execute test cases and create comprehensive end-to-end user acceptance test cases for business integration testing.
  • Write test scripts based on defined and approved user stories and acceptance criteria

Key Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and possess 2+ years of experience as a technical scrum master
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in a complex engineering environment with prior experience as a quality assurance tester.
  • Experience using JIRA or other project management software.
  • Experience in SQL
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or related field
