As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for landing customers for our newly launched commercial platform. While this is a revenue-generating role, we’re not looking for traditional “closers”, we want someone who can be a trusted consultant for our customers. We’re looking for people who are passionate about data and analytics to have strategic conversations with Data Science leaders. You’ll be a Streamlit brand ambassador acting as the foundational entry-point for our customers. We're still a young team, so each member plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future customer organization.

You Will:

  • Identify relevant leads for our Streamlit for Teams platform and develop leads into high-value opportunities
  • Be an expert in Streamlit’s platform and answer customer questions
  • Understand how customers are using Streamlit and identify growth opportunities
  • Document and track all activities for accounts in a systematic way and deliver feedback from customers to relevant internal teams
  • Own the entire process, from prospecting to bringing in technical support as needed and finalizing contracts
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing to evangelize the Streamlit solution
  • Collaborate with Product on ways to improve the Streamlit for Teams offering
  • Offer thought leadership and expertise to customers to create compelling data applications using Streamlit’s platform
  • Keep CRM up-to-date with customer information, forecasts and pipeline data to track progress toward goals and learn more about our processes
  • Manage a high-volume of inbound communications
  • Experiment with customer targeting, messaging and sales processes to help write the future playbook
  • Exceed quarterly targets

You Have:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales and customer experience
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills
  • Passion for technology and an ability to speak to technologists
  • High-energy and dedication to exceeding goals
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to craft compelling presentations for both technical and business audiences
  • Customer empathy to listen and understand the unique needs of customers
  • Adaptability to try new ways of doing things with the ability to learn from failures and move on
  • A commitment to learning
