You will be successful here by:

  • Liaising with the entire People team on company culture and our programs and people-approach, which will blend data insights with care and empathy

  • Helping support and develop our managers, and deliver appropriate feedback to them to drive impact and champion belonging throughout their teams

We are excited about you because:

  • You have 7+ years experience in a professional capacity closely supporting OD/ Learning and Development and/or program operations (Bonus if you have strong knowledge of training approaches, learning technology, DEI, and content creation)

  • You are highly organized, and an excellent communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced and thoughtful approach. You will also be adept at building trust with others, while promoting inclusivity within the teams, working in a variety of modalities (i.e. online, in-person, remote etc)

  • You have a keen understanding of people and team dynamics, with an ability to glean insights and action solutions that bring others along the way

  • You are highly accountable and organizationally minded individual who is skilled at project management, and who can carry many simultaneous initiatives forward and prioritize fluidly as needs change
