We’re looking for an experienced Education and Enablement Manager to help build and execute a world-class educationand learning practice at Stratifyd. The ideal candidate is passionate about enabling and educating internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success and developing training programs for current customers.
Customer Education and Learning
Build out Stratifyd learning and education programs within Stratifyd University to aid customer understanding and adoption of Stratifyd products.
Work with Engineering and Product to update and manage Stratifyd product documentation on our external facing customer Help Center.
Develop product tours to increase product adoption within the Stratifyd platform.
Manage the cadence of and help produce content for weekly Sales Enablement trainings.
Work with sales and marketing teams to identify what information is valuable to sales, and determine the best format, channel, and strategy to convey that information for maximum visibility and retention.
Collaborate with product marketing to support any new product launches and provide supporting training.
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
A minimum of 3+ years of experience working on training and enabling customers and internal teams at B2B SaaS companies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills-must have the ability to communicate with team members and customers at varying levels of management.
Strong communication skills to work closely with marketing team members, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure timely execution of all programs.
Technical prowess be able to communicate Stratifyd’s core value propositions, use cases, and education programs to our customers.
Excellent project and program management skills, high attention to detail, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to pull, analyze, and leverage data to make decisions and optimize programs.
