Demand Generation & Social Media Marketing Specialist

Stratifyd is looking for a creative and dynamic Demand Gen and Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This position will report to the Growth and Marketing Automation Manager and can be located anywhere in the US. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help execute and optimize inbound and outbound campaign strategies designed to create top-of-funnel leads
  • Support and execute the development and creation of nurture campaigns
  • Develop and produce copy for prospect and customer nurture campaigns
  • Support the SDR team with inbound and outbound sequences to drive SQLs
  • Work with the content strategist and produce copy for integrated marketing campaign needs (display, landing pages, social, retargeting, etc.)
  • Conduct analysis of campaigns to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates
  • Execute a cohesive, engaging, and humanistic social marketing strategy based on overall business goals
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Manage and own social media content, calendar, and channels for Stratifyd and analyze social media metrics such as engagement, follows, shares, and other audience KPIs
  • Increase followers, engagement, and reach on social media channels
  • Partner with the Creative Lead to create assets for social channels
  • Research audience preferences for each social media platform to uncover current and emerging trends
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Monitor and facilitate online conversations with followers, fans, and customers

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in digital and social media marketing
  • Exceptional understanding of all aspects of email and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot experience in addition to comprehensive Salesforce knowledge – hands-on experience with executing email campaigns, setting up send lists, and compiling post-campaign analytics 
  • Experience with Outreach.io preferred
  • Advanced level of skill in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Effective project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making
  • Hard-working self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work
  • Strong understanding and compliance of anti-spam laws and regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
