Position Overview:

We are currently preparing for future growth and seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading clients through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions tailored to their specific needs. As a key member of our consulting team, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Wow your clients through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with your clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Conduct declarative configuration, customization, and integration tasks to meet client objectives while adhering to best practices.
  • Work alongside cross-functional colleagues to ensure project success, including developers and project managers.
  • Take ownership of project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience leading clients through Salesforce implementations and customizations, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including declarative configuration, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 10% travel).
