Reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing, as Product Marketing Manager, you will combine your strong understanding of technological products and features, sharp business acumen and leverage your deep connection to the customer to develop and deliver relevant marketing materials. You will create marketing tools that will effectively differentiate our AI platform, Kepler, from market competitors. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive view of the market, our customers, and our competition, through extensive collaboration with Business Development, Product, Content and Digital Marketing teams. Drive product marketing strategies that deliver against customer needs and directly contribute to the overarching business goals. 

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the buying audience for our AI platform by conducting research and gathering insights about target personas, buyer needs and purchasing decision process;
  • Lead strategic analysis of the competitive landscape in order to establish differentiation in the marketplace;
  • Oversee and provide direction for market segmentation and targeting;
  • Develop and continue to iterate product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with our target audience; 
  • Provide messaging documents for use by other marketing functions such as digital strategy, content, and social teams;
  • Turn product and industry knowledge into business value and compelling narratives to drive market awareness and help prospects and customers understand market trends;
  • Manage and develop internal sales content library, enabling teams with the right tools for the right conversations;
  • Continuously connect with relevant marketing units and cross-functional teams to ensure product updates/releases/launches are integrated within content and campaigns;
  • Gather marketing field intelligence from sales, partners, Gartner and analysts to help craft our future products roadmap;
  • Support strategies to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell for the product portfolio;
  • Manage industry analyst relationships including scheduling and holding analyst briefings; planning and executing influencer programs; collecting ongoing market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Product Marketing in the technology space, with minimum 1-2 within Artificial Intelligence and experience working in fast-paced environments;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Background in product development will be considered a strong asset;
  • B2B Marketing experience is a must;
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle with technical skill set to collaborate with technical teams;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate through different levels in the organization;
  • Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills in French & English;
  • Focus in operational efficiency and growth;
  • Good judgment and ability to prioritize;
  • Flexible, able to adapt to change.à
