Human Resources Coordinator

As Human Resources Coordinator at Stradigi AI, you will be part of our amazing growth and work day to day with an amazing Human Resources team in the artificial intelligence space! Reporting to the Vice-President, Human Resources, here is what you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and managing new team member relocation files including work permit applications, renewals and permanent residency documentation;
  • Working closely with the recruitment team and HRBP on all pre-onboarding and offboarding;
  • Adding and maintaining all information in our human resource management systems (HRIS) including BambooHR, Officevibe;
  • Maintaining and creating all human resources documentation, such as templates, guidelines, offer letters and employment confirmation letters;
  • Ensuring that documentation is up to date and formatted in alignment with company brand;
  • Managing team member enrollment to group benefits such as group insurance and RRSPs;
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for the stock option plan (ESOP);
  • Assisting the training manager with the coordination of training programs and other internal company learning activities;
  • Facilitating the new hire onboarding process including creating the new digital file, scheduling meetings, creating first weeks documentation, etc;
  • Assisting the HRBP on all culture related projects;
  • Generating reports from HRIS;
  • Acting as a support to the human resources team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field;
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in both French & English (written & spoken);
  • Capacity to manage multiple files in a hyper growth environment;
  • Working experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in the technology space is a must;
  • Experience in the artificial intelligence space will be considered a strong asset.
