Stradigi AI is looking for a passionate Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-growing team. Reporting to the Vice-President, Technology, you will be part of an amazing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the system administration, configuration and reporting that will ensure its optimal operation and visibility, as well as collaboration across teams.


  • Maintain updates and configurations;
  • Create objects and fields within Salesforce;
  • Develop and produce reports and dashboards;
  • Act as the first point of contact for end users’ questions and issues as well as support in Sales and Service cloud;
  • Capture user requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Participate in scrums and collaborate with the rest of the team to meet sprint targets;
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training for the end users;
  • Support development and testing of new features and enhancements as part of ongoing efforts to improve our CRM solution;
  • Work with various teams to identify ultimate solutions that meet business needs while following security and architecture standards;
  • Document solutions and prepare/maintain support guides;
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes;
  • Keep up with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation and change management;
  • Provide information around best practices in the CRM business process;
  • Perform quality assurance testing as needed;
  • Support data migration activities;
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permissions;
  • Configure Salesforce functionalities: object design, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes.


  • At least 2-3 years Salesforce experience in one or more of the solution verticals (Sales, Service, Community, CPQ, Lightning);
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;
  • Strong systems analysis and critical thinking;
  • Able to quickly process complex information;
  • Familiar with Agile concepts and methodologies;
  • Salesforce certifications preferred;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities;
  • Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce limitations, tools, features, approaches and security requirements;
  • Advanced experience working across multiple Salesforce modules and applications is an asset.
