Are you willing to continuously learn and be part of an amazing adventure? As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of a high-performance sales team and your responsibilities will be:

  • Support the sales team by assisting with client proposals, presentations & other requested documents;
  • Standardize sales methodology, procedures & processes; 
  • Build and roll-out the guidelines for each stage in the sales cycle; 
  • Liaise with between sales, client experience, marketing, research & product & solutions teams; 
  • Provide appropriate sales feedback, and effectively communicate all initiatives to relevant teams across the organization; 
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales process & procedures;
  • Provide feedback & suggest improvements for bottlenecks and inconsistencies; 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure full alignment on programs, lead generation and other joint initiatives;
  • Lead the weekly sales meeting, ensuring CRM (Salesforce) is being regularly updated;
  • Present weekly sales reports to management via a sales dashboard;
  • Manage a team of business analysts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an operational sales role, revenue operations role or equivalent;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Economics;
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Googledocs, Gmail, Outlook;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce;
  • Bilingual with excellent grammar in French and English;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • Solid experience in sales environments supporting a fast-paced sales team;
  • Well organized & structured;
  • Strong time management skills & ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Strong team spirit, positive attitude and willingness to work with others;
  • Self-starter with a capacity to adapt to an ever-changing environment;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a hyper growth environment;
  • Artificial Intelligence industry knowledge & experience will be considered a strong asset.
