This role requires someone who can dive deep into data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions that keep campaigns on course.

The ideal candidate will have a continuous drive to improve and expand their skill set. You will play a pivotal role in shaping daily campaign decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Demand Gen, and your manager to align with broader marketing goals. • Ensure campaigns are on track to deliver results within established KPIs.
    • Communicate performance trends, and optimizations, to team leadership and opportunities across the organization.
    • Work with your manager and cross-functional teams to set and exceed OKRs for managed channels.
  • Data-Driven Testing:
    • Conceptualize and execute A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve efficiency across managed channels.
    • Optimize key landing pages with CMS tool(s) as well as execute strategy with CRO best practices based on learnings from reporting and analysis.
    • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets, internal dashboards, Excel and more to extract insights and identify key growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Actively participate in cross-team meetings and collaborate with other marketing teams, contributing your insights to broader marketing initiatives.
    • Present and share test results and channel performance updates in larger team communications and to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, Paid Social, or both.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Ability to work across multiple paid digital platforms to develop strategies unique to each channel and that speak to different target audiences on those platforms.
  • A solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS) and the ability to analyze data quickly to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the customer journey for paid channels.
  • Strong proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Excel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open-ended problems.
  • Desire to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing insights and contributing to larger marketing projects.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver work on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership and teams.
  • A passion for performance marketing, with a drive to learn and grow in the field.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong track record of academic performance.

Preferred

  • Experience managing six-figure plus monthly ad budgets.
  • Experience with CMS tool(s)
  • Familiarity with SAAS metrics (e.g. LTV:CAC) a plus.
  • Experience with Organic Social strategies and community engagement.
  • Creativity in developing social content based on data-driven insights and familiarity in managing organic social media channels.
  • Agency and/or account management experience.

What We Bring to the Table:

  • Competitive and fair compensation: We believe in fair pay--equal pay for equal work. For each title, we consistently apply competitive salary bands based on market data and benchmarks which are reviewed twice a year. What you’ve been paid before, fear of conflict, or willingness to negotiate does not play a part in determining your pay.
    • The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $92,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
  • 401(k) retirement plan: We offer both a Traditional and Roth 401(k) with a company match.
  • Company-paid medical: Our medical, dental and vision premiums are covered 100% for you and your dependents.
  • Paid parental leave: Welcoming new family members is exciting, but it can also be challenging. We offer twelve weeks paid leave for primary caregivers and four weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Unlimited vacation: At Storyblocks, we believe in the importance of taking time off when you need it. Typically, employees take about three or four weeks each year. Plus, two company-wide week breaks in July and December.
  • Flexible work options As a fully remote company, we’ve got you covered no matter where you are. Remote work stipend? Check. Company and team events? Check.
  • Flexible work options: All of our work is virtual. As long as you deliver results, you are welcome to get your work done during unusual times when desired.
  • Company-sponsored mentorship and growth: We encourage attending virtual meetups and are happy to host them as well. We also have a leadership coach, on staff, available to all employees to enhance your professional development.
  • Employee perks: We help employees maintain work-life balance and honor their contributions to the organization by offering resources such as a financial wellness program, a subscription service that offers unlimited deliveries from thousands of eligible restaurants with $0 delivery, and a recognition and rewards program that celebrates their accomplishments.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
