About us:
At Stork Club, our mission is simple - we want to give everyone the ability to have a family. We’re building a next-generation maternity benefits platform that helps mid-large enterprises drive better clinical outcomes for their employees, attract top talent, and reduce their largest area of healthcare cost (~$130B per year).

We’re a well funded startup, raising a $30M Series A led by General Catalyst - and we’re growing quickly. Trusted by leading employers, Stork Club exited the last year with 5x growth and we are just getting started.

We’re looking to expand our Network Growth team. If you share our drive to rebuild health insurance from the inside out, solve complex problems that don’t come with a playbook, and get energized by building as you go -- let’s talk!

About the role:

Stork Club’s Growth team is responsible for building our network of fertility clinics, radiology labs, telehealth providers, and other practices that support our members on their family planning journey.

Reporting to the Head of Network Growth, the Provider Partnerships Manager will be a critical part of the Network Growth team, working alongside us to build our network across the U.S. and key international markets. In this role, you’ll own the prospecting, contracting, and funnel management of our Network across Stork Club’s range of family planning services. This includes managing end to end lifecycle of multiple contracts, rate negotiation, developing relationships, and ensuring Stork Club partners have access to the highest quality Providers and Vendors.

Preferably, you’ll have experience in healthcare contracting and/or SMB sales. But most importantly, you’ll be a creative problem solver, experienced with owning end-to-end projects, thrive when given autonomy to complete a task, and be passionate about unlocking access to family-building for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle Provider recruitment process (qualifying, sourcing and leading engagement with qualified prospects, contract review, responding to provider inquiries about the contract, and executing contracts).

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and contracted providers.
  • Partner with network operations and customer operations teams on developing growth targets for customer launches and other time-sensitive needs.
  • Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Become an expert in family care benefits to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to Providers and Vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations team to understand the existing state of our network and network gaps

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-volume B2B contracting and rate negotiation; bonus if experience is in healthcare
  • Thrive working with multiple systems and processes
  • Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking
  • Proven track record of hitting key metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
  • Preferred but not required: Previous experience recruiting Providers or other healthcare professionals

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation

  • Quarterly team offsites in beautiful locations
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA
