Manejar al equipo de QA asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, manejo de personal a nivel supervisor y ejecutivo y revisión periódica de avances de trabajo.


  • Manejar un equipo de ejecutivos de calidad con foco en cobranza
  • Manejar equipo de supervisores
  • Analizar, revisar y modificar matrices de calidad
  • Validar el estricto apego a normas de compliance
  • Validar avances del muestreo de monitoreo
  • 1:1 con personal a cargo
  • Manejo, control y propuesta de calibraciones de QA
  • Elaboración de reportes a dirección
