The Role: 

You will exercise your multitasking abilities as you assist in developing ideas, filming pieces, taking photos and editing videos by performing any task required in the video production area, whether it is handling the lighting, operating the camera and audio equipment or running errands. As a Video Production Intern within our team, your scope extends beyond conventional video production boundaries. We firmly believe that skills in written communication, creative ideation, and visual acumen are all inherent human qualities. You will synthesize ideas into concepts, harnessing the full spectrum of these talents. With your keen of video sensibility, adept perception of storytelling, mastery of editing, and understanding the basics of photography, you will craft distinct pieces for digital platforms and global brand showcases. Throughout this pursuit, you receive guidance from your Brand Design Manager and the Brand Video Producer, collaborating seamlessly with the Brand Director, Social Media Manager, Copywriters, Community Managers, Project Manager. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Moving beyond mere requests by actively investigating and delving deeper into the demands of each project.
  • Interpreting and preemptively addressing the visual expression needs of each brand and project.
  • Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
  • Knowing the basics of creation, comprehension, and execution of audiovisual guidelines.
  • Conceiving, brainstorming, and producing distinctive video elements for social media content, outdoor media, brand events, and activations.
  • Compiling, preparing and organizing video files for clients, media outlets, and vendors.
  • Contributing to the organization of photoshoots, including location scouting, prop selection, and equipment arrangement (camera, lighting, cycloramas).
  • Undertaking tasks such as color correction, photo manipulation, and photomontage.
  • Organize equipment and other set-related items
  • Proficiency in managing on-site and off-site video productions


What we are looking for:

  • NOT NEGOCIABLE: Student in the sixth or seventh semester of the Lic in visual design, arts, communication or similar}
  • Intermediate English
  • Have demoreel or Book

Skills and attitudes

  • Strong Video Reel portfolio.
  • Branding and advertising knowledge in video production
  • Good knowledge of video formats
  • Strong knowledge of camera, lenses and lighting set up
  • Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction is a bonus
  • Creative Cloud Domain.
  • Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,
  • Obsessive with video trends and eye candy videos.
  • A knowledge of the importance of video on digital platforms.
  • Simplistic yet beauty pursuing.
  • Good sense of style, visual composition, photography, light, and balance.
  • Capable to understand, capture, and express complex requests in aesthetic, well-edited videos
  • Organized, obsessive to details, decisive, and agile.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Knowledge of film equipment and terminology
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of rhythm and editing
