The Role: As a People Analytics Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the strategic alignment of workforce planning initiatives with the organization's overarching objectives. Your primary responsibility will revolve around the meticulous oversight of offers and budgets within the realm of total rewards, ensuring an optimal balance between cost efficiency and competitive compensation packages. With a keen eye for data-driven insights, you'll spearhead efforts to streamline processes through automation, driving efficiency and scalability across various People functions. Beyond delivering actionable insights, you'll also be tasked with formulating concrete action plans, empowering different business units with the tools needed to optimize their human capital strategies effectively. Your contributions will not only enhance operational efficacy but also foster a culture of informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and review job offers and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
  2. Utilize analytical tools and modeling techniques to identify trends and patterns in human resources data, providing key insights for decision-making.
  3. Develop and maintain automated systems and processes to streamline the collection, analysis, and presentation of talent management/workforce-related data.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design action plans that drive efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  5. Generate reports and executive presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and integrity of people's information systems.
  7. Stay abreast of best practices in data analytics and People technology, continuously proposing improvements and optimizations to existing processes.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and continuous professional growth.

What we are looking for:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data visualization tools (such as LookerStudio, Power BI, etc) and with automation tools (such as Appscript, Macros, etc). Basic knowledge of statistical analysis software (such as R or Python) preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and concise insights for diverse audiences. 
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree or certification related to data preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/People Analytics. Experience related to Total Rewards data is preferred.
