Activities

 
● Ability to grow and learn authentication, authorization, or identity governance tools.
● Understanding the basics of any of the following: Modern Authentication (SAML, OAuth, and OIDC), APIs, and LDAP Directory Services.
● Support and maintain up-to-date management of AWS IAM roles, policies, and privilege management.
● Assist in ensuring the proper assignment and management of user-privileged identities.
● Discover, refine, and analyze customer requirements.
● Facilitate coordination with various stakeholders for ticket-related clarifications and issue resolution.
● Understanding of the basic functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud.
● Participate in initiating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues in IDAM systems as requested. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

● Demonstrated experience in managing user authentication and authorization within AWS IAM. 
● Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
● Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
● Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, including roles, policies, and group management.
● Experience with application infrastructure - both traditional on-premises and cloud server-less.
● Experience with Modern Authentication (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and/ or Directory Services (Virtual Directory Services, Active Directory, LDAP)
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
● Relevant certifications in IAM technologies such as Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, and AWS are preferred.
● Strong knowledge of the ABAC and RBAC methods
● At least 4 - 5 years of experience in IAM roles, with a strong preference for candidates with prior contractor or consultancy experience.
● Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
