As the Product Lead you will play a critical role in leading the strategy, development, and execution of a state-of-the-art customer experiences that delights our prime customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service ops. A key aspect of this role is also to be able to align other squads around a bold ambition and to synchronize their efforts. 

Your mission will be to act as a leader and guide the squad in the following activities: 

  1. Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the customer service tool that aligns with our overall business objectives. Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and create a compelling product roadmap.
  2. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  3. User-Centric Approach: Understand the needs and pain points of our customer service teams and end-users. Advocate for customer-centric design and continuous improvement by gathering feedback and data-driven insights.
  4. Project Management: Drive project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting clear milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of product features. Proactively manage risks and resolve any roadblocks that may arise during development.
  5. Product Launch and Adoption: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the customer service tool. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless adoption by customers.
  6. Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor the performance of the customer service tool post-launch. Utilize analytics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and optimizations.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders. Present insights, findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer service tools. Utilize this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, specifically leading the development of a financial product
  • Demonstrated success in driving product development from concept to launch, and managing product lifecycles.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in utilizing analytics and user insights to inform product decisions.
