Main responsibilities:

  1. The person in this position will provide tech support to all employees when is required, remotely and on-site. Must have a very good service attitude, have experience working with Linux, MacOS and Windows and a great english level.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience:

    • 4+ years of experience as tech support preferred in big companies, excellent service attitude, very good team player, good writing/speaking English.

  • Skills and attitudes

    • Experience working and solving issues in Linux, Mac and Windows.

    • Linux server management.

    • Cloning OS knowledge.

    • Ticketing tools knowledge.

    • Able to establish conversation fluently in English.

    • Very good service attitude.

    • Problem solving.

    • Very Good team player.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Experience working with cloud.

    • Experienced working in IT areas in call centers.

    • Scripting experience.

    • English certification.

    • Experienced with MDM.
