The Role: the business owner will lead a squad of new products to be able to: 

  • Influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in the financial sector.


  • Proven experience in Fintech leadership roles, specifically within credit card product development and management.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican financial services market, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time
