The Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, your role will leverage financial modeling, scenario analysis, budgeting, financial planning, and executive reporting to shape the strategic direction for the company. Furthermore, you will partner with stakeholders across the company to unlock the answers to the business’s most pressing strategic questions. This role will have a large impact as the work will greatly influence strategic planning and decision making at the executive level.

You will

  • Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management 
  •  Provide in-depth analysis of key revenue, expenses, volume and cash burn drivers along with commentary on variance to forecast and budget.
  •  Build out an infrastructure to create effective scenario analysis to help inform strategic decision making
  •  Improve performance of our financial model used to predict revenue, expenses and volumes for our credit card business
  •  Build relationships with business partners to understand pipeline of work and projects and their impact to the P&L and forecast
  •  Distill and communicate clear insights on business growth, risks, and opportunities to executive audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree – Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Great skills in communication, relationship building, autonomy and self-motivated.
  • Advanced English is a must
