About the role:

We are looking for a Sr IT Support, that can help all your Stories on CDMX, we currently have 2 offices and a large Operational team, the candidate must have experience working in big companies local and remotely, and bilingual. 

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as tech support preferred in big companies, and good writing/speaking English.
Skills: 
1. Tech support, Linux, Mac and Windows.
2. Linux server management.
3. VPN knowledge.
4. OS knowledge
5. TIcketing tools knowledge.
6. Able to establish conversation in English at a technical level.
7. Very good service attitude.
8. Problem solving.
9. Good communication with the rest of the team.
10. Networking knowledge, switch, routers, firewalls, access points, structured wiring.

Nice to have: 
1. Cloud
2. Experience in IT area in call centers
3. Scripting 
4. Experience with cloud VOIP solutions
