Our Head of Human Resources will lead all people-focused operations and be responsible for building an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes exceptional work quality, personal development, and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Designing organizational structure to support breakneck team expansion alongside our executive team

- Establishing and leading all talent acquisition, training, onboarding, and departure processes

- Onboarding, training, and managing third-party recruiters and/or search firms to assist with hiring

- Developing performance tracking methods and incentive programs to ensure consistent team quality and high retention

- Overseeing all payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related items and serving as an escalation point for team-wide issues

- Ensuring regulatory compliance across all HR functions

- Working with HR teams at Walmart and Jet to align on internal processes and delegate HR responsibilities strategically

- Collaborating with team leads and informing their responsibilities on personnel matters

- Building a positive, empowering, and fun culture that scales with our team 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years in human resources

- Mastery of Google Sheets / Excel

- Exceptional (and perhaps obsessive) attention to detail -- You never let anything slip through the cracks

- Ability to multitask -- No matter how chaotic the circumstances, you know how to handle lots of moving pieces without getting overwhelmed

- Impeccable communication skills -- You write and speak eloquently, no matter how tired or stressed you are, with a focus on efficiency and clarity

- Deep sense of accountability -- You follow through on every responsibility assigned to you and understand that delegating a task does not relieve any such accountability

- Passion for dynamic environments -- You’re excited by the prospect of working at a young, high-growth company where things are changing every day

- Good sense of humor
