What you’ll do:

  • Supervise day-to-day fulfillment operations across the shift, including induction, pick/pack, and QC
  • Build out a scalable training program and SOPs as our team grows
  • Collaborate with other Logistics functions, including Sourcing and Dispatch, to manage product flows and drive tool & process improvements
  • Collect and analyze data on customer experience defects and recommend improvements
  • Track daily output and metrics of team members, enforcing a reporting systems and delivering feedback
  • Shape our staffing model to balance service needs with flexible growth, and manage scheduling and daily assignments
  • Build and champion team culture

What you should have:

  • 5+ years in a supply chain/operations/consulting role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience working in customer facing role is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Flexibility / ability to reinvent and reimagine as our business scales
  • Experience managing people and building a new operation
  • Hands-on experience in fulfillment or logistics
  • Experience managing people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to perform detailed data analysis and manage KPIs
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint; SQL is a plus
