What you’ll do:

  • Welcome new customers into the magic of the Jetblack shopping service
  • Epitomize above-and-beyond professionalism as the face of our company during one-on-one, ‘in home cataloging’ appointments with our customers
  • Demonstrate our brand's value proposition of having best in class product knowledge, recommendations, and curation during in home appointments
  • Build customer's unique, personalized profiles with information obtained during high touch, in home visits with exceptional attention to detail
  • Personally respond to and build order for any product related requests that come out of in home visits in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Member Services and Customer Consultation team to ensure that each in home cataloging is used as a chance to immediately ‘wow’ every customer
  • Capture, record, and communicate key customer information back to the Member Services, Logistics, and Merchandising teams following cataloging appointment
  • Ensure that Customer Service Agents (Concierges) are aware and prepared to action on any immediate servicing requests following the in home appointment

What you should have:

  • Healthy obsession with being on-time and prepared
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience working in customer service role, or customer facing role is preferred
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work rotating shifts (including some nights & weekends)
  • Passion for customer service and magnetic personality
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Comfort in navigating the NYC neighborhoods and utilization of public transportation
