Stord’s mission is to make supply chains a competitive advantage with best-in-class port-to-porch logistics combined with the integrated technology that brands need to connect, orchestrate, and optimize their supply chains. We’ve pioneered Cloud Supply Chain, which combines all of the digital and physical elements of logistics that leading businesses need in a unified offering.

With Cloud Supply Chain, Stord is enabling companies to compete and grow with world-class logistics – including warehousing, freight and fulfillment – in a single, integrated platform that’s available exactly when and where they need it. Hundreds of B2B and B2C companies like Body Armor, Advanced AutoParts and Dollar General use Stord to make their supply chains perform with the speed, flexibility and ease of the cloud.

Our rapidly growing team is headquartered in the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant tech community and is led by former operators from Amazon, XPO, Ryder, Coyote, Convoy, and Manhattan Associates. Stord is backed by over $325M in funding from Kleiner Perkins, BOND, Founders Fund, D1 Capital, Salesforce Ventures, Susa Ventures, Lux Capital, Lineage Logistics, and Franklin Templeton Investments at a unicorn valuation of over $1.3 billion.

Come help us help businesses out-deliver their competition with Cloud Supply Chain.

About the Product Manager Position:

Stord is transforming the face of supply chain management with our modern platform of tools covering Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Consumer Experience (Pre/Post Purchase), Demand Planning, and more. Our Product team is dedicated to solving complex challenges in an industry dominated by outdated software, empowering our customers to Sell More, Save Money, and Reduce Headaches.

We are looking for a talented and curious Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our platform as we expand. At Stord, Product Managers enjoy a unique vantage point, witnessing their product in action both internally for our fulfilment operations and externally as a standalone SaaS solution for brands and 3PLs.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with our existing product and engineering teams, driving the development of new features, enhancing existing functionalities, and ensuring Stord remains a platform that delivers tangible value to our customers' supply chains.

As a start-up, our team is relatively small, so it is important you’re someone who likes to get stuck in and solve challenges. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, spanning technical problem-solving, operational optimization, and stakeholder engagement to propel our product forward.

  • Ship innovative features from ideation, and development, to launch
  • Work closely with other PMs, Design, Engineering and our leadership team to develop, articulate, and bring to life the vision for our product
  • Compare our product with similar offerings in the market to determine its competitive edge or areas where it lags, helping the wider company understand our product's position in the market
  • Use continuous feedback from different stakeholders (brands, 3PLs, partners, our own operations team etc.) and market trends to regularly adjust and prioritise the backlog
  • Scope, capture and document clear requirements for new features, articulating user journeys and user stories to the engineering team
  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure software is built collaboratively and inclusively
  • Create comprehensive documentation that our customers, technical users and marketing team can use
  • Continuously prioritize roadmap projects based on the company goals and team KPIs
  • Become an expert on the competitive ecosystem, and how Stord’s technology fits into it
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to prioritize your roadmap
  • Be the voice and champion of the customer, helping transform these needs into innovative solutions
  • Work with the product team to build processes and a strong culture

What You'll Need:

  • Self-starter with the ability to grasp complex concepts and drive product initiatives forward.
  • Experience taking ideas from conception to launch in resource-constrained environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate user needs, product value, and engineering scope effectively.
  • Familiarity with navigating diverse systems, including warehouse and transportation management.
  • Proven ability to generate fresh ideas and drive product innovation.
  • Passion for the logistics or supply chain domain and solving industry-specific challenges.
  • Strong prioritization skills and capacity to make tough decisions.
  • Independent yet collaborative approach to working across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a blend of strategic thinking, user empathy, and business acumen.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior startup experience and familiarity with its fast-paced dynamics.
  • Background in Supply Chain Technology (WMS, OMS, TMS, ERP).
  • Experience in crafting and optimizing product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of web technologies and digital platforms.
  • Hands-on involvement in all stages of the product lifecycle.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
