Storable is looking for a Client Engagement Consultant (CEC) to help further grow and serve our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. When connecting with storage facility operators, this person will need to shift seamlessly between identifying where we can deliver additional value while qualifying potential net-new opportunities.
What you will do:
- Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and increase retention rates.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify potential churn indicators, including reviewing past cases, support issues, and sales interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Billing, Support, Client Success, Insurance, and Payments, to implement retention initiatives, escalation resolutions and improve the customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify process improvements, mitigations strategies, and dispositions of every customer.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of existing customers' business, the self-storage market & its competitors.
- Offer support to customers based on a firm understanding of what problems operators may be facing in their day-to-day operations while also educating customers on a variety of solutions in a consultative, informative way.
- Execute developed strategies for rate increases on an annual basis, including escalation calls, targeted value-based discussions, and regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Handle all Sparefoot and DMS Sales discussions and other like products with potential operators.
- Provide a seamless transition for customer’s when adding additional facilities, price switches & retention of products, and maintaining customers during facility transfer of ownership.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer's current suite of products through active listening and understanding their current business needs by being consultative with our software solutions.
- Effectively communicate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth based on feedback collected from customers.
- Identify and implement improved (existing) processes as well as develop and implement (new) efficient processes with the support of key stakeholders.
What you will need:
- Experience working in customer service, account management, or in a similar role that is responsible for keeping tabs on several moving pieces at the same time, whether for a short or long cycle.
- Exceptional communication, whether written, verbal, or in person, as well as superior organization and time management skills.
- The ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify daily tasks to scale systems and processes across larger groups.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Zendesk (or similar tools), Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
- Aptitude for active listening while simultaneously considering what recommendations could be made for process improvement, whether within Storable or while speaking with customers.
- Self-motivation to search for best practices in unstructured environments.
- Comfortability navigating ambiguity by trusting yourself to make quick decisions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Leader with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome-oriented product strategy and deliver value to our customers. As the Director of Product on the Facility Management Software (FMS) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our storEDGE product. You will lead cross-functional teams who partner with design, marketing, engineering, sales, and the senior executive leadership team, collaborate with stakeholders, and be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You and the team will solve customer problems, achieve a set of specific and collectively understood business objectives, and guide the overall direction of your product. What You Will Do Everyday:
- Product Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands.
- Identify opportunities to address customer problems and drive incremental business value from MVP through to MLP
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Articulate the value of prioritized features and how they fit into a larger overall strategy

What you need to bring to the table:
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Product Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS application, Property Management Software experience preferred
- Experience developing and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Makes data driven decisions and uses quantitative analysis to create strategy and prioritize work
- Technical understanding of underlying data and frameworks required to enable a successful property management system
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on navigating hard conversations to reach desired outcomes for all stakeholders

Paid Media Analyst
Paid Media Analyst
As a Paid Media Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our Growth Marketing (GM) team’s mission to drive paid traffic and enhance our brands visibility while meeting ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets. We are looking for a self-starter to work alongside our Paid Media Manager, where your keen analytical skills will be essential as you delve into Google and Bing (search, display, video, PMAX, discovery), Meta, programmatic, lifecycle marketing (email, retargeting), and new channel opportunities.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our campaigns are optimized through testing, data analysis and campaign management, helping us generate demand and traffic and attract a larger, quality audience to our marketplace properties (sparefoot.com, storage.com, selfstorage.com).
Campaign Setup & Management
- Assist in the setup and management of paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, etc.).
- Implement campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives (including ordering creative and writing ad copy).
- Conduct keyword and audience research for targeting and optimization.
- Assist with procedures such as search query mining, bid modifier adjustments, refining keywords, campaign restructure, bidding and budget optimization to maximize return.
- Execute and monitor A/B testing in campaigns and on landing pages in partnership with our product team.
Campaign Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze key campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per click/conversion).
- Report on key performance metrics (KPIs) comparing them to our Paid goals and benchmarking data. Surface any trends to leadership.
- Complete daily pacing reporting decks, analyzing daily data and reporting back any anomalies.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
- Maintain process documentation and stay informed on industry best practices, algorithm updates, and trends in Paid Media.
What you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and/or Meta Ads
- In-depth MS Excel knowledge including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and IF statements.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to take on new projects with minimal guidance to support company initiatives and hit goals
- Enthusiasm for working within a project management tool
- A detail-oriented personality - you know that the little things are what makes or breaks campaigns
- Comfortable working for a 100% Work from Home company. Prior experience working from home is a plus.

About the Role:
Storable is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to primarily build, execute, and continually refine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our RV and Campground products. This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution and incorporates responsibilities that span product operations, crisis communications, and customer enablement.

What you'll do every day:
Product Marketing
- Work closely with Product Management and our customer base to shape the RV and Campground products to drive market adoption.
- Design strategies to integrate the RV and Campground products into the broader Storable brand without negatively impacting churn or bookings growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our RV and Campground products to include enablement documentation and training, and launch materials for the sales and client success teams.
- Establish a deep understanding of the target personas necessary to drive bookings and continued product adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to design and execute the GTM strategy, continuously iterating based on market feedback and bookings results.
- Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market and assess their strengths and weaknesses. Develop a strategy to succeed against the competition to include battlecards, sales enablement and training materials.
Product Operations
- Partner with Product Management to create and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible help articles, release notes, and product documentation that support customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Manage crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and effective internal and external messaging during unexpected product incidents or outages.
- Own the execution and quality control of customer-facing communication for product updates, including release notifications and critical announcements.
General Marketing and Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, building compelling launch strategies for new features.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral, including slide decks, one-pagers, ebooks, videos, and webinars, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Contribute to field enablement efforts, including live and recorded training, product demos, and value-based documentation.
- Collaborate with other Product Marketing team members to craft and optimize multi-product solution packages.
What you need to bring to the table:
- 5 years of relevant technology experience across product marketing, product management, strategic consulting, or product operations, with at least 3 years in product marketing.
- Proven experience managing product operations responsibilities, such as documentation and customer communications.
- Knowledge of the RV and Campground space is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, public speaking, and presentation-building skills.

Storable is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our collaborative and committed Support team that breathes self-storage. As a Software Support Specialist, you will be entrusted with crafting and delivering a warm, enthusiastic, and customized support experience for our customers around our family of products. Through creativity and empathy yet critical thinking skills, you will analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues with clients. While you may encounter problems that can be resolved through a number of our existing resources, you may also have to troubleshoot an issue that we have not yet had the chance to tackle.
Shift Days:
- Monday - Friday, 11am -8pm EST
- Saturday 9am - 6pm EST
- Days off: Sunday & Tuesday
What you'll do:
Incident Handling
- Primarily communicate on the phone with clients to understand their questions and/or concerns and register incidents received phone in the CRM system
- Secondarily manage a small amount of email cases daily that are assigned to you and call the customer to resolve if needed
- Utilize existing Knowledge Base articles or other reference materials to resolve incidents
- Investigate and resolve incidents with no known solution
- Collaborate with other team members to assist them with resolution of incidents
- Contribute and update our Knowledge Base and Communities
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Accept and retain ownership of requests, provide regular updates to support and /or customers on the status of each request and manage aging of assigned requests
- Ensure service level standards are achieved (as defined by the Technical Support management team)
- Handle interruptions well and move between tasks with ease while still meeting deadlines
Customer Care
- Complete certifications for company products
- Complete training for complementary 3rd party products
- Use appropriate discretion in handling critical client calls and escalating calls to management

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or a related field is desired but not required
- At least 2 years of on the phone product support experience, preferably in a customer support or technical support position preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
- Excellent phone skills, which include actively listening and developing effective questioning techniques to resolve issues
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices with previous customer service experience
- Proven ability to resolve escalated technical issues by quickly identifying problems, forming solutions, including customized solutions that are outside of the generally accepted use of a product function, and executing step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
- Excellent understanding of the general aspects of the job, including thorough knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment

Storable is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Success Specialist to join our Tenant Insurance Success Team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure the team operates efficiently and delivers outstanding service to our partners. You will work closely with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to help prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of important client-related activities.
What You Will Do
- Task Prioritization: Pull and categorize work order reports from ZOHO CRM for each Success Manager into actionable categories such as Retention, Upsell, Growth Opportunities, Pending Termination, and Delayed Enablement.
- Immediate Attention Items: Identify critical tasks such as expiring licenses, pending terminations, customer responses, and retention concerns; ensure these are flagged and addressed promptly.
- Weekly Check-ins: Meet weekly with each Success Manager to review prioritized tasks and address items needing immediate attention.
- Administrative Support:
- Complete setup and facility forms; contact operators as needed.
- Set up terminations in the ZOHO Pending Termination Module.
- Monitor and update “Pending Terminations” and ensure timely SM field updates in ZOHO.
- Enablement Oversight:
- Track enablement progress to prevent delays and ensure required ZOHO fields align with Success Manager wins.
- Reassign work orders for final checks or reach out to partners when necessary.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular reports and summaries to leadership and assist the Director of TI Success with tasks such as round-robin assignments and reporting needs.
What You Will Need
- Experience: 5+ years experience in customer service, account management, administrative assistant and/or a similar role.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, ensuring short- and long-cycle tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Discipline: Proven ability to monitor and complete tasks independently and on time.
- Time Management: Superior organizational skills to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the self-storage industry or insurance products.
- Experience with ZOHO CRM or similar systems.

Training & Support Consultant - RV & Campground Resort Division
As a Training & Support Consultant, you will play a dual role in delivering exceptional customer support and providing effective instructor-led training to clients using our Newbook property management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming phone calls and support requests from clients seeking assistance whilst also conducting online training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of our products and services. By providing our clients with world-class training and support regarding product functionality, new features, updates, and troubleshooting, you will ensure customer satisfaction and maximize the value clients derive from our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Troubleshoot technical problems customers encounter, guiding them through step-by-step solutions and employing active listening to fully understand customers' needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Offer ongoing support to clients after the live day, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize their use of the company's solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
