Lead Financial Analyst

Storable is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to our insurance based Businesses and/or operational functional areas.  

What you will do everyday:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and interpret complex financial data to provide meaningful insights to business leaders.
  • Analyze key financial metrics, such as revenue, costs, profitability, and Churn to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the business unit and functional area, providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Prepare and present financial reports/slides to senior leadership.
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and performing financial due diligence for acquisitions, projects, and initiatives.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Inquisitive nature that allows you to ask key questions to understand financial implications of strategic decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate drivers effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate complex data and analysis into effective, executive facing presentations and visualizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting ideas and asking questions to senior executives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethics combined with attention to detail.

Bonus Points

  • Background in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or high growth technology.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Power Query, or Tableau.
