What you’ll do
- Conduct research on inclusion and AI trends and best practices and present findings to support team initiatives.
- Design and create flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement activities.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and track outreach effectiveness.
- Provide logistical support for team member resource group events and programming.
About you
- Ability to analyze outreach data and translate findings into actionable insights to improve communication strategies and engagement efforts.
- Familiarity with organizing and coordinating virtual and in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- A strong understanding of inclusion strategies, particularly in the context of AI, and the ability to stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
Nice to have skills
- Strong writing skills to create compelling content for flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to help organize and track project timelines, tasks, and team collaboration.
