We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to expand our integration and API product lines, to make StockX the top global destination to buy and sell in-demand current culture products at scale.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for driving growth in our public API / developer platform, which serves customers small and large in the developer community, as well as integrations with external partners such as marketplaces and ecommerce platforms.
- Assess and prioritize needs and use cases from internal stakeholders, external partners, and top sellers/buyers
- Translate into strategic roadmap and detailed requirements, aligning with company strategy and goals
- Embed directly in an agile team of developers, and execute to deliver capabilities and results
- Make smart product decisions by balancing business needs with technical constraints, using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
- Own all aspects of the products, including technical API features and documentation, the public-facing developer site, user-facing interfaces within partner applications, and more
- Identify opportunities for go-to-market plans, user outreach, adoption, and optimization
- Implement processes for end-to-end user experience, from onboarding to ongoing support
- Lead with data and structure regular reporting to monitor key performance indicators and measure success
- Develop a strong point of view on StockX’s opportunities to grow business in the API and integrations space
About you
- 3-5 + years of Product Management experience.
- 1-2 + years of experience managing API or integration products
- Technical background, preferably in API/Services domain, with a technical understanding of API concepts such as REST, OAuth, HTTP
- Strong technical and business writing/communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner
- Interpersonal skills to form strong relationships ranging from internal business stakeholders, external corporate partners, to individuals users and developers
- Marketplace or ecommerce experience
- Appetite for a fast-paced, changing work environment
Nice to have skills
- Software development experience a plus
- Experience in Jira, Tableau, SQL, Postman a plus
