The Catalog team acts as the gatekeepers of our marketplace. That is, we control what, where, why, and how products get onto StockX. We are looking for a person who is interested and invested in the products we have trading on our site. 

The Product Catalog Associate will play a crucial role in the maintenance and expansion of primarily sneakers on StockX. The candidate will be tasked with curating data and growing the overall book of products offered on the platform. This role will join a global team tasked with developing, executing, and evolving our product catalog offerings.

What you'll do

  • Research, collect, upload and update product catalog data
  • Evaluate data quality and identify areas for optimization
  • Above average knowledge of brands and products in sneakers
  • Upload products promptly to keep up with market demand
  • Research historical products to add long-tail to catalog and backfill missing information
  • Respond promptly to ad hoc requests
  • Ensure product images meet standards for cropping, centering, compliance
  • Work with mentor and team members on growth strategy for sneakers
  • Meet internal/external team stakeholders' expectations for upload frequency and prioritization

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a related field preferred
  • Domain knowledge of at least one product category, including its brands and products
  • Analytical, organizational, detail-oriented, and creative thinking skills
  • Interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with office and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, Slack, Asana). Experience with Excel and Photoshop preferred.

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base pay range is $20/Hr to $24/Hr plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
