About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Systems Project Launch Analyst to join our growing Finance team as a key contributor to supporting new initiatives and their impact on the global revenue accounting systems at StockX.  The Senior Analyst will work closely with various cross-functional business partners on new initiatives to produce integrated revenue accounting requirements to the business teams.  You’ll develop experience in various aspects of data and systems relied upon by the Revenue Accounting team, and in doing so establish strong relationships with Data, Engineering, Product, Business Intelligence, and external vendors that are involved in various system initiatives.  You’ll be responsible for changes that impact revenue accounting and require appropriate user-acceptance testing.  

In addition, the Senior Analyst is a member of a project team that partners with our operational accounting and business finance groups to develop solutions to support high growth through launch methodology design and testing to support month-end close efficiency and new launches. A successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of four years professional experience working with financial processes, accounting requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing responsibilities.  You will play an integral role in the implementation and maintenance of revenue systems, while ensuring the integrity of data used as part of the end-to-end Revenue Accounting close and reporting cycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Product, and external vendors to maintain and enhance revenue accounting systems that are critical to revenue close and reporting processes
  • Maintain standardized processes for accounting requirements drafting and user acceptance testing across areas relevant to revenue accounting systems
  • Own and maintain the UAT intake process for changes to revenue systems in order to support growth and expansion of the business 
  • Perform user acceptance testing across new initiatives impacting financial systems
  • Partner with business intelligence and data engineering teams to understand internal data sources and create self-serve solutions for ad-hoc revenue data asks 

About you

  • B.S. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline 
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, business analytics, or project management
  • Experience working with accounting processes for requirements gathering and/or user acceptance testing to launch system implementation projects specific to revenue accounting and reporting 
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing accounting / finance process improvement and/or projects with aggressive schedules

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation in other geographies may vary
 
Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is $100,800 to $138,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
