About the role
The Customer Experience and Insights (CXI) team’s mission is to create and foster a culture of data-driven customer centricity at StockX. As we like to say: “We are the voice of the Customer to the Product, and the voice of our Product to the Customer.”
As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will be a key member of this team and will work to execute the marketing strategy for new products and features, and help uncover actionable insights from our various customer segments. The right candidate is an empathetic problem solver, adept at project management and coordination, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable insights, working cross-functionally, and can effectively craft communications about both technical and creative topics.
What you’ll do:
Product Marketing - set the messaging strategy for new feature releases and create content that helps clarify the experience for our customers, answers meaningful questions, and preserves business continuity.
Cross-functional coordination and project management across marketing, product, design, customer service, and operations teams
Prepare “voice-of-the-customer” reports that deliver actionable insights to our various functional teams.
Utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate data, surveys, and customer interviews.
Support our CX Research team by facilitating recruitment of survey respondents across various customer segments and channels.
Become an expert in Qualtrics - our Experience Management Platform
Drive empathy into every part of the customer journey by identifying pain points and opportunities. Always advocate for the customer with our various stakeholder groups.
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer experience, product management, data analysis, product marketing, or related field
You have a passion for ecommerce, brand, and customer experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree a plus
You understand technology and are comfortable learning how to use new software. Experience with Qualtrics a plus
You are an excellent communicator, presentation builder, and collaborator
You have a growth mindset and are always ready to learn and try new things
