About the role
Reporting to the Senior Compensation Manager, the Senior Compensation Specialist will support compensation administration and rewards-related projects for our global Supply Chain and Operations team.
What you'll do
Set wage structures for hourly roles. Establish and continuously review starting wages and step increments related to experience and skill development (e.g., cross-training, brand advocacy, etc.). Support special initiatives for peak season hiring.
Locate and maintain competitive compensation survey data for supply chain and operations roles.
Work in collaboration with Operations leadership and PX Partners to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of hourly wage rates in attracting and retaining talent.
Evaluate and maintain incentive programs for hourly team members.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations across the global operations population.
Collaborate with Operations leadership and PX Partners to clearly define job classifications (regular, seasonal, part-time, on call, etc.) and ensure that classification data is maintained as team members change roles, shifts, etc.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive compensation experience in a supply chain/operations/ warehousing environment.
Prior experience in a startup environment or other high-growth environment a plus.
Strong analytic, communication and facilitation skills.
Prior experience benchmarking and submitting data to compensation surveys.
High proficiency in Excel and other data management and analysis tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
World at Work CCP certification or coursework is a plus.
Prior Workday compensation administration experience is a plus.
