About the role
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a highly driven, strategic and influential cross-functional liaison between marketing, product category, and country leads, in addition to country managers and creative teams. The core focus of this job is campaign and promotional planning, execution & managing communication between internal partners, reporting directly to the reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing. Ideal candidates will be working West Coast hours to better support our APAC region teams.
What you'll do
Work cross-functionally to determine how strategic promotions fit within a specified department's overall strategy and develop detailed plans to execute and recap the initiatives accordingly
Create innovative, integrated marketing plans that fulfill internal team needs by identifying key shoppable moments throughout the year and around the world
Develop, execute, coordinate, and measure select integrated marketing campaigns tied to core markets
Maintain a comprehensive cross-functional marketing calendar to help enforce timely campaigns and promotions
Run and plan our weekly global marketing meetings
Connect the customer mindset, industry timeline, and product initiatives through all marketing channels (i.e. promos, push, editorial, email, social, video, etc.)
Directly work with internal partners (vertical leads, country managers, etc) to understand marketing needs
Engage internal resources and partners for project/campaign planning and work to keep all efforts working in a timely and efficient manner
Draft campaign briefs based on our tiered approach
Report results and explain implications in post-campaign retros and provide regular look-backs to provide year over year learnings.
Help to optimize strategic initiatives based on prior executions and learnings
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in marketing or integrated marketing role
Bachelor's degree a plus
Ability to execute and monitor simultaneous projects with high visibility and competing deadlines
Effective writing, editing, and presenting skills
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and opportunities
Knowledge of e-commerce/retail seasons and consumer habits
