What you'll do

  • Handling all customer service needs and support for our customers
  • Take ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for our customers
  • Help manage the order fulfillment process 
  • Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Resolve customer queries and update system accounts accordingly
  • Record details of customer conversations and actions taken
  • Work to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
  • Flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as they come up

About you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing high volume queues ideally gained in a fast-paced work environment - 
  • A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual: English x Japanese is a must
  • Knowledge in minimum one of our verticals (Sneaker, Streetwear, Collectible, Handbag, Watch, Electronic) 
  • Must be available and willing to work extended hours including weekends, Holidays, or crunch times as needed, to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to attend 2 weeks of training, ranging between Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • Hardwired DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic internet (Satellite or wireless internet connections are prohibited) Meet a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed

  • 月曜日から金曜日の8:00amから6:00pmの間で行われる2週間のトレーニングに参加できること
  • 有線のDSL、ケーブル、光ファイバーインターネット(衛星や無線によるインターネット接続は不可) 最低でもダウンロード10Mbps、アップロード5Mbpsの速度が必要です
